Our prices do not include VAT (Value Added Tax), sales tax, or any applicable taxes imposed by your country.
All payments are to be made via major credit cards and are securely processed through the trusted platform, Stripe (https://stripe.com).
In Norway, our kind of health coaching service is exempt from VAT (Value Added Tax), known as MVA (Merverdiavgift). Therefore, we do not charge VAT/MVA for clients based in Norway.
If you live outside of Norway, we do not charge VAT or any other sales taxes. However, please note that you are responsible for complying with the tax laws and regulations in your own country. It is your responsibility to declare and pay any required taxes to the appropriate authorities in your country. We do not collect or remit any taxes on behalf of foreign users or clients. Please ensure that you are fully aware of your tax obligations and seek advice from a tax professional if necessary.
Please note that once a payment is made, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances. However, booked coaching sessions can be rescheduled without additional costs up to 24h prior to session start.
In the event of a client's late arrival for a scheduled session, the missed time will not be added or compensated for. Additionally, if a client fails to attend their booked session or if a client is more than 20 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show and compensation or rescheduling will not be provided. It is important for clients to adhere to their scheduled appointment times and to communicate any necessary changes in a timely manner.
